Uk Standard delivery is 3-5 working days. Standard delivery cost is £4.99. We endeavour to post all orders in 1-2 working days, but please allow extra time over bank holidays / busy periods.

UK Delivery is free for orders over £130.

Ardour Equestrian cannot be held responsible for any delay in deliveries relating to strikes, natural disasters, weather, fire, theft, riots or invasions.

How to Return  

 

If for any reason you wish to return your product, please let us know  within 14 days of purchase, and return the product within 28 days of  purchase. Items must be returned undamaged, and unsused, with all original packaging etc. return costs are non-refundable and it is strongly advvised you use a tracked / signed for service. Please note overdue returns may not be eligable for a full refund.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

Please contact us within 48 hours, if for whatever reason, your items delivered are damaged. Please help us speed up the process by including photos of damaged items / packaging when making contact, along with your postcode, delivery date and tracking numvber.

 

Exchanges  

 

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size please contact us immediately to do so. All products returning to us must be unused, undamaged and as new condition to be eligable for an exchange.
